  1. So, people drive and walk on the left? Is this only in Kalimantan or everywhere in Indonesia?

  2. Yes, this is a common view all around Indonesia. People drive and walk on the left, Dad. What about in States?

  3. In the States, traffic drives on the right, and the car steering wheel inside the car is on the left. People walk on either side, often into oncoming traffic so they can see who's coming towards them, of course, that's only where there is no sidewalk. Indonesia is probably left-sided because that is what is current in Australia and Japan, which use the British system of driving on the left.
